His Excellency Eng. Awaidha Murshed Al Marar, Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Department of Energy (DoE), asserted that the youth bring energy and hope for a future full of success, excellence, and achievements for the UAE and the world.

“The youth carry the hopes and aspirations of their communities to move forward towards progress and development,” H.E. Al Marar added. “Young people have the will and the strength to shoulder this tremendous responsibility and transform global challenges into opportunities that benefit humanity.”

“The UAE’s wise leadership has long championed empowering and training the youth, placing confidence in them to play a fundamental role in leading the country towards success,” H.E. continued. “Young Emiratis have unlimited ambitions and dreams for developing their country and enhancing its position among the developed nations of the world. The UAE has made great strides in empowering its youth ever since its foundation by the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan. The country’s leadership continued along that path, and today, the youth’s contributions to the UAE’s development is a source of pride to all of us.”

“Young Emiratis have the expertise, the knowledge, and the skills that qualify them to play a significant role in the development of their country and the world, and to work alongside youth from around the region and the world to innovate and shape a better future,” H.E. Al Marar noted. “We, at the Abu Dhabi Department of Energy, are committed to upskilling young professionals and administrators in an effort to create a world-class energy system and export it to the world.”
