Through this service, you can obtain a new district cooling retailer licence. This licence is issued to entity that intends to acquire district cooling provider services (standalone) from a district cooling provider for the purposes of re-sale of cooling energy by means of chilled water to end-user customers, either directly or through one or more billing and collection agents appointed by that retailer.

- Pass the technical, financial, and legal evaluation stage to obtain the eligibility for the service
- Pass the 28 days public notice without external objection
