Through this service, you can request to extend a district cooling retail licence for a period up to 25 years.

Service Condition:

1. Pass the technical, financial,and legal evaluation stage to obtain the eligibility for the service
2. Pass the 28 days public notice without external objection

7. Self-assessment with the Cooling Service Agreement
8. Cooling Services Agreement between the District Cooling Retailer and Customers
9. Cooling Services Agreement between the District Cooling Retailer and District Cooling Provider
10. Audited Financial statements of the Applicant
11. Self-assessment and compliance with District Cooling regulations and technical codes
12. Risk Assessment
