Through this service, you can obtain a new stand-alone district cooling (DC) provider licence. This licence is issued to entities that undertake licenced DC services through the production of cooling energy by means of chilled water and they use one or more DC plants for distribution and supply to one or more DC retailers.
Service Condition:
- Pass the technical, financial, and legal evaluation stage to obtain the eligibility for the service
- Pass the 28 days public notice without external objection
